The owner, Mark and in-house architect Sam will meet with you to discuss your needs and budget. Mark has a lifetime of construction experience and Sam is extremely creative artistically and prepares all of the necessary drawings for conceptual renderings for the client to visualize their project as well as architectural drawings for building purposes. We will then follow up with a free itemized estimate for most small to medium sized projects in a timely manner or a budgetary estimate for larger projects.

Refinishing your cabinets is a great option if they are in good condition and you are happy with the existing cabinet configuration. The refinishing process that we do will make the refinished surfaces like new. It includes stripping and sanding with multiple coats of lacquer for a furniture quality finish. We typically only refinish the cabinet boxes, face frames, doors and drawer fronts. The interior of the cabinets is optional unless it is visible through glass or open shelving. We can usually convert surface mounted hinges to concealed, soft-close type for a nominal fee. Soft-close drawers can also be upgraded as well. Modifications need be minimal for this option to make sense. Counter top replacement is an option that makes sense. Refacing is only a viable option if you are keeping the same counter tops with no or minimal modifications to the existing cabinetry. Refacing is a very labor intensive process that includes replacing all of the existing doors and drawer fronts and an option of adhering new plywood over the existing cabinet boxes and face frames. There are many options in replacing the cabinets that include prefabricated cabinets as well as custom cabinets.
