Our crew is prepared to begin working on your project as soon as we agree to the details and sign a contract. This will ensure that we understand the expectations and agree to the details.

At Turn Key Remodel, we will create a project plan at our first meeting that details every cost aspect of the project. Payment will be expected upon completion of milestones, typically upon approval of a city inspection and wil be spelled out clearly in the contract to avoid surprises.

During your project with Turn Key Remodel, you can expect a seamless and transparent experience from start to finish. After our initial consultation to discuss your ideas, we'll work together to create a detailed contract and production schedule that aligns with your goals and fixed budget. We prioritize understanding your objectives and addressing any concerns you may have. Once our dedicated team begins work, we will keep you informed at every stage through regular updates and open communication. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while respecting your time and space, ensuring your remodeling experience is smooth and stress-free.

We only use the highest quality, professional and skilled workers, all of whom are fully bonded and insured. In addition, they all meet licensing requirements of Orange County.

All project requirements differ, but we strive to use local resources from Orange County as much as possible. With years of experience in the industry, we have relationships with many quality manufacturers and businesses that allow us to pass on the savings to you. Some of the manufacturers include Reece, Best Cheer Stone, Anaheim Kitchen and Bath, and MS International.

Our estimate is a fixed price as long as the scope of work does not change.

I have been a general contractor since 2001 and opened the Turn Key Remodel office on Main Street in 2005.

We currently have 3 project managers in the field and Dianely in the office updating our project management software all day, every day. Each crew has a lead person that is the on-site point of contact in addition to the project managers, Dianely, myself and Sam, my architect.

We often take clients to visit completed projects or projects in progress that are similar in scope.

Permits are required for remodels with any framing, plumbing, electrical or mechanical.

We assign the appropriate team member or members that are a qualified fit for your project. Regardless if they are subcontracted or not, they will always be insured and under the supervision of TKR.

Contractors State License Board, Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Knights of Columbus, Authorized dealer and fabricator for Silestone, Caeserstone and Cambria quartz products.
